Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.

Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be completely unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • All protective films must remain intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any signs of use, wear, scratches, resizing, or damage will void the return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn watches

  • Items damaged by impact, drops, or improper handling

  • Water-damaged products

  • Products damaged by chemicals or chlorides

  • Normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

• Request it through your customer portal, or

• Email support@annishop.net with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returned items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the product does not meet return conditions, the refund may be refused.

Due to repeated abusive and fraudulent behavior from certain customers, return shipping costs must now be covered by the customer by default.

Returns must be sent to the warehouse address we provide once your request is approved

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
