Warranty Policy

All watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in the watch movement (mechanism) under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

📌Water damage or moisture infiltration

📌Damage caused by impact, drops, or accidents

📌Physical damage to the case, glass, strap, or crown

📌Wear and tear from normal use

📌Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or negligence

📌Corrosion or damage caused by chemicals, including chlorides (e.g., swimming pools, cleaning agents, or similar substances)

📌Unauthorized repairs or modification

If a defect in the movement occurs within the warranty period, the watch will be inspected and repaired or replaced at our discretion.

To request warranty service, proof of purchase is required.
